Which termites do we have in New Jersey?
Nearly every termite problem in our area is the eastern subterranean termite. It nests in the soil, travels into your home through pencil-width mud tubes, and eats wood from the inside out, often for years before anyone notices. Why shore-area homes are at higher risk
Homes in Ocean, Monmouth and Burlington County combine three things termites need: sandy soil that is easy to tunnel through, moisture from the coast and a high water table, and plenty of wood touching soil from decks, porches and landscape timbers. Crawl spaces and slab homes with plumbing penetrations are the most common entry points we find.

Our termite warranty
Every termite treatment includes a 1-year retreatment warranty. If termites return during that year, we come back and retreat. After the first year, you can renew your warranty annually to keep your home protected.

- Fix leaking spigots, gutters and AC condensate lines that keep the soil wet.
- Store firewood off the ground and away from the house.
