Yes, Home Protection Plan customers get free call-back services if covered pests show up again in between services at no additional charge.

Customers can either pay the annual plan price upfront, or pay the initial service fee and the remainder can be paid via monthly auto-debits with a card on file.

All products used are EPA-approved and intended for use in areas which people and pets have access to. However when it comes to pets we pay special attention to the surroundings and ask that they remain either out of the treatment area or contained so that cannot touch treated areas until dry.

We are a small locally owned pest control company located in Bayville, NJ. Our home office does not limit where we go, so where we are needed we are there!

Well, Yes & No.

The initial service typically requires the customer to be present so we can discuss concerns, tour the property, and get a sense of how best to serve them.  We like to meet you and discuss your conerns then get straight to controling those pests.

Sometimes the customer cannot be on site during the initial service, thats okay too. We can communicate via a phone call before or after service.

All other services do not require the customer to be home (any service following the initial visit) and do not need interior service. 

We follow an IPM (intergrated pest management) program:

"'Integrated pest management' or 'IPM' means a sustainable approach to managing pests by using all appropriate technology and management practices in a way that minimizes health, environmental and economic risks. IPM includes, but is not limited to, monitoring pest populations, consumer education, and when needed cultivation practices, sanitation, solid waste management, structural maintenance, physical, mechanical, biological and chemical controls."

So what does this mean? We try and limit treatments to where it needs to be. We do treat indoors along baseboards when needed & along the exterior foundation. Sometimes treatment within the attic,crawlspace, or basement is necessary as well. Bottom line- we can treat where necessary to control your pests, but when possible limit unnecessary areas.

Covered pests will be listed on our agreement before signing. Some pests need unique treatments such as: bedbugs,moles,mosquitoes,ticks,termites, or wildlife control.

No worries, if its not covered under the plan we can provide you an estimate for any service not covered.

Treatments are completed every 3 months. Each new season brings different pests which makes it most effective treating during or before their developmental stages having the most effective control.
